Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
