Ingredients:

4 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to coat the rhubarb evenly, then spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
