Ingredients:
For the Salad:
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
For the Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Directions:
In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon, diced chicken breast, chopped green onions, and chopped fresh parsley.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
