Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, lime juice, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling in the center of each.
Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form burritos.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with additional salsa and sour cream on the side, if desired.
