2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add sliced flank steak to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
Pour beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
