Ingredients:

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes clear.
Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until completely dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Arrange the fresh strawberries in the pre-baked pie crust.
Pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the strawberries, ensuring they are evenly coated.
