Tangy Lemon Pasta with Ricotta

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)

3 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon

1 cup ricotta cheese

Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
