Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup sliced red onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top with diced pineapple, diced ham, and sliced red onions.
